The "Ballerbude" has been in existence for 37 years and is a permanent institution in Oer-Erkenschwick. Especially for football. But the heart of the Kiosk is Naciye Aydemir. She loves her kiosks and the many regular customers she has. And that's no coincidence.

Naciye Aydemir is at her kiosk from six in the morning until nine in the evening, offering a wide range of products. She always knows exactly when which customer is coming, because everyone has their own time. Naciye is the heart of the kiosk. Regular customers don't come when she's not there for three days.

Naciye gets support from her two boys, Orcun and Selcuk, who sometimes have to fill the fridge after school. The two are even planning to continue the "Ballerbude" when their mother retires. And for her one thing is clear: first there are the boys, then the Kiosk. Right after.

It is a known fact that every successful business location depends in particular on small companies and the courage of their founders.
