What’s it all about?

  • What is net working capital?

Net working capital (or net operating assets) describes the business-related assets of a company after the deduction of its business-related trade liabilities. The net working capital shows companies the capital available to them for operational tasks. This means they know how much money they have for additional investments.

Net working capital plays a vital role in a company’s liquidity and/or its cash flow statement. Read the annual report here.
