The software enables restaurateurs to digitally control and optimise their business processes. The management dashboard displays the 5 most important key figures: Service, turnover, break-even, table analysis and top-seller. The data is generated by the caterer. Further information can be added, even the weather - after all, it has an effect on sales and occupancy, both inside and outside. Do I need more cocktails ready for the terrace? Should I call my part-time employees? Events and public holidays can also be included in the forecasts. Extending the functionality has proved successful: A reservation is generated on average every 20 seconds.
